Bedding Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy 

All bedding is covered with a 30-Day warranty. Items being returned due to defects (i.e. stitching, tears or stains) will receive a full refund, exchange or store credit pending return and inspection. Bedding products returned in a USED CONDITION will not be accepted.

No refunds on sales items

Apparel products purchased may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging with hang tags and labels . Refunds will be issued for the amount less our cost of shipping. The refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued after receipt and inspection.

Apparel products returned in USED CONDITION will not be accepted.

To return or exchange an item, an authorization is required.

Simply send an e-mail sue@nikkigs.com.au with your name, order number, product name and reason for return or exchange. You will receive a reply e-mail authorization with instructions or a decline with reason for decline. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to Nikki G’s Address 14 Kandinsky app Tapping Perth 6065.in its original brand new condition and packaging, including a copy of the return (or exchange) authorization with the Return Authorization Number. If you are returning a product due to a defect, Nikki G’s will gladly pay for the return shipping as well as the shipping to send the replacement product. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after we have credited your card or processed your exchange (please allow 1 week processing time after we receive your returned item). We will only credit against the original credit card used to make the purchase. We will refund your entire purchase price (less the shipping fees).
